The Inevitable

Well of course I was going to do a post about the new boobies! Now that they've settled, and are no longer sore or swollen, I figured it was time. I first have to say how much of a HUGE difference silicone makes versus saline. I was told by the dr that they would look and feel more natural than saline. And that they wouldn't have that 'hard as a rock' or 'fake' look that often comes with getting saline. To be honest, I wasn't too sure if I thought the difference in price between the two ($1300 more) for silicone would really make that much of a difference in appearance. But boy I was wrong! Mine don't look or feel fake at all. And are the perfect size for me. Actually, truth be told, I do wish I had gone a little bigger. However, I have lost a bit of weight the last two months and I think they were bigger at first. Been a little stressed out and overwhelmed I suppose. I'm guessing when I gain that weight back then they'll be a little bit bigger. At least, that's what I hear (and hope), ha! So here's a huge thanks to Dr Shapiro who made them look spectacular and knew exactly what was right for me. And for those who are thinking about someday doing it - go for silicone!
