The Verdict is...
We got the house and close mid-November. Yippie! Ryan's happy, he got exactly what he was looking for. Who would have thought that we could get a semi-custom on 3/4 acre for almost nothing. Especially in a neighborhood where all of our neighbors have 1/2 million dollar homes? The past few days we've been expecting the agent to call and say "oops, it was listed for the wrong price" but I guess we lucked out. Now it's time to make it as beautiful as all the others on our street.... okay, okay that may take some time but we'll get there!

CONGRATS! I'm very happy it went your way, and that space will be great for the kids in which to grow.
(I know of a GOOD Title Co if you're able to choose yourself!?) Hee hee
We decided to make our house more livable for the long run, since it makes more financial sense. Also, we had it built & put so much into it, I think I'm too attached for now.
congratulations! it is so exciting to get what you want!

By the way, Margaux do you make the backgrounds for a fee? Also if you do, I would love to chat with you about one for my blog email me hayl3y@gmail.com

You know looking at the house it really reminds me of some of the houses over in the old neighborhood you know?
I think there was a girl named Crystal who lived on Gelding and 46th who had one of those backyard to front garages for their horses.
Any plans for a pool? Are you keeping the other house for a rental or are you selling? How exciting for you guys!!!!
LOVING the new blog header/look!
